ICDI is hosting a sister organization "Love WithoutBorders (LWB)," in exhibiting their community of refugees' artwork. LWB is based in Greece and many of their refugees are from Africa and the Middle East. LWB's refugee population equates to the asylum seekers ICDI serves.
LWB aims to provide refugees in Greek camps, shelters, and housing communities with a source of emotional expression and economic self-empowerment while giving them a platform to spread awareness of the conditions in which they live and their varied and largely unmet needs. They provide donation-funded art supplies to the refugees–men, women, and children alike–then exhibit and sell the resulting works of art around the world with the help of communities that help to host art shows. All sales of LWB artwork from the ICDI Immigrant Art Exhibit will go directly to this organization to support their mission.
ICDI will also be hosting and exhibiting photographs of high school immigrants and asylum seekers from West Chicago Community High School. Viewing their photographs will allow guests to see how they express their experience of immigrating to the United States from their home countries. The students' photographs will not be for sale.

Pricing to attend the event is:
$10.00 for students in advance and at the door
$40.00 for adult tickets sold in advance of the event online
$50.00 for adult tickets sold at the door on the day of the event
