Additional Space Information

  • Simmons Center Suite – (on the Hive floor) includes 3 private offices, 20 open plan desks, additional/casual seating, conference room (for 8-10 people) and kitchen.
  • Hive – the entire 21st floor is designed to offer amenities to all floor suite occupants. These offerings include phone booths, wellness room, additional meeting tables and spaces, two large conference rooms (12-20 people), and two separate lounge areas.
  • Lighthouse Tenant Lounge and Bar – top floor lounge open to all tenants, stunning views of Chicago and the Lakefront, offering a bar, pool table, multiple seating areas, etc. (Available to rent for galas and special events.)
  • Fitness Center – equipment, classes, and locker rooms offered to tenants. (Nominal one time sign-up fee.)
  • Conference Center – members may rent the fully equipped multi-room conference facility, 3 rooms that can combine into various layouts and configurations, (each room accommodates a maximum of 60 people). Space includes a reception area for registration, meal set up, pre and post events, etc.
  • Lobby – on site coffee/snack bar in main floor lobby, outdoor ground floor tables/chairs, cocktail bar in the afternoon.
  • Pedway connected building
  • Bike storage and parking garage in building.
  • In building storage spaces available to rent.
  • Building is Leed Gold Certified, Fitwel Certified, Energy Star Partner, and WireScored Platinum for state of the art digital infrastructure and connectivity.
